A Few Million Here, A Few Million There, and Before Long It’s Real Money

Philadelphia Partners Stephen Baker and Stephen Serfass presented at the 2012 HighCap Sales Forum in Indianapolis, Indiana on September 11, 2012.  The interactive session focused on emerging risks to producers, including rebating, charitable-owned life insurance (CHOLI), equity-indexed universal life insurance, STAT, and stranger-originated life insurance (STOLI).  The presentation provided key trends and lessons through discussion of real-life case studies, and suggested business practices to help producers recognize and minimize these potential risks.
