Supply Chain and Collective Labour Law Issues in the Americas

Erika Collins, a partner in Faegre Drinker’s New York office, will be speaking on a panel at the International Bar Association’s Employment and Diversity Law Conference titled “Supply Chain and Collective Labour Law Issues in the Americas.” She will discuss the emerging trend of companies in the Americas looking to rely less on the manufacturing industry abroad as nearshoring opportunities are opening up. The panel will focus on international framework agreements, the permissibility and limits of industrial action, due diligence on the activities of third-party suppliers and changes that have resulted from the global supply chain debate.
