Please join Interface co-hosts — Faegre Drinker partner Jeremiah Posedel and Amy Keller, a partner at DiCello Levitt Gutzler — on August 9 as they co-host a discussion with Faegre Drinker partner Justin Kay on which biometric technologies are being used by companies today. DiCello Levitt Gutzler partner Corban Rhodes will join the discussion to highlight the privacy implications of these technologies and the litigation that results from their use. The panel will also go over recent legal and regulatory privacy developments impacting businesses as they seek to leverage these new tools.
