Join us for a fast-paced review of this term’s significant U.S. Supreme Court decisions. Our panelists will discuss the unprecedented events of this term, including a leaked draft opinion and a new Justice, Ketanji Brown Jackson. This term had cases addressing abortion, arbitration, COVID, federal power, immigration, free speech and religion, to name just a few of the high-profile topics.
