Risk Prevention and Accountability: What’s Working Today and What do We Need for the Future?

Faegre Drinker Partner Libby Baney joined a National Academy of Medicine panel to discuss structural factors and how regulatory levers can be used to improve prevention efforts. Topics included prescription drug monitoring programs (PDMPs) and online pharmacies, with an emphasis on identifying opportunities to harmonize existing policies and how best to define regulatory accountability for individual professions and interprofessional teams.
