A Day in the Life of a Health Law Attorney: Health Law in Action

Faegre Drinker Associate Sumaya Noush is participating in a Chicago Bar Association seminar highlighting health and hospital law careers and experiences. Targeted to new attorneys and law students, this session will provide a diverse range of perspectives regarding the day-to-day work of health law attorneys, as well as showcase the health care issues and trends presenters are currently seeing in their field. One set of presenters will provide a brief overview of their “typical” day, their career trajectory and area of expertise, and how the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has affected their practice. Sumaya’s panel will also address common challenges and best practices in conducting health care compliance investigations.
