Empowerment Panel

Brian Balduzzi, an associate in Faegre Drinker’s Philadelphia office, spoke as a panelist at Cornell University Johnson School of Management for its annual Johnson Inclusion Summit in Ithaca, New York, for approximately 75 MBA students, prospective students and alumni, regarding how to feel empowered in the workplace as an underrepresented minority, how to empower others, and how to implement best practices for managing and leading a diverse team.
