FCBA International Innovation and Patents: TRIPs and Vaccine Waivers

On November 18, Faegre Drinker Partner Bob Stoll moderated a panel for the Federal Circuit Bar Association (FCBA) seminar on International Innovation and Patents: TRIPs and Vaccine Waivers. The panelists included:  Rt. Hon. Sir Robin Jacob (previously a Judge on the High Court and Court of Appeals in the U.K.); Corey Salsberg (Global Head of IP Affairs at Novarits); Dr. Ansgar Ohly (University of Munich and University of Oxford); and, Roberto Rodrigues, partner at the Licks firm in Brazil. Virtual participants, including patent practitioners from around the world, watched the discussion centered around whether the TRIPs waiver would find support and be effective.
