Cybersecurity Issues for Recordkeepers

Kenneth Dort, a partner in Faegre Drinker’s Chicago office, discussed the uptick in cyberattacks, foreign attacks and ways in which cyber criminals are becoming more sophisticated during a webinar sponsored by Faegre Drinker titled “Cybersecurity Issues for Record Keepers.” Kenneth, along with Bruce Ashton, senior counsel at Faegre Drinker, and Ted Schmelzle, second vice president of customer operations at Securian Financial, also discussed the latest cybersecurity guidance from the U.S. Depart of Labor.
