Food and Drug Law Institute Enforcement, Litigation and Compliance Conference

Faegre Drinker Partner and Deputy Chair of the Intellectual Property Group Bob Stoll spoke to a joint meeting of the Japan Patent Attorneys Association (JPAA), International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) and American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) on November 30, 2020. Bob spoke about recent developments in patent subject matter eligibility and the possibilities of legislative enactment to correct the problem.  More than 100 IP lawyers from the United States and Japan attended this meeting.
