Supreme Court Review

Please join the appellate advocacy practice of Faegre Baker Daniels and special guest speakers U.S. Magistrate Judge Kate Menendez and Sr. Assistant Hennepin County Attorney Dan Rogan on July 12 for a fast-paced review of this term’s significant U.S. Supreme Court decisions. Rogan argued Minnesota’s political-apparel case in the Court this term, and Menendez argued a trailblazing Due Process case in the Court three terms ago.
