Proxy Statement Interactive Seminar

Overview

Drinker Biddle, Donnelley Financial Solutions, our panel of experts and your issuer colleagues hosted an interactive discussion about recent innovations and trends in proxy statement design, format and content, including evolving best practices in shareholder communications.

In the current environment of investor activism and shareholder engagement, it is critical that companies effectively leverage their proxy statements and annual reports to tell their best board, corporate governance and executive compensation story. Proxy statements in particular have transformed from traditional SEC compliance documents to more visually inviting and compelling investor communication pieces.

The discussion included what's driving this trend, how companies are innovating and the future of effective shareholder communications.
