FaegreBD Franchise Summit

Overview:

The FaegreBD Franchise Summit is a "can't miss" event for franchise executives nationally. With many external forces impacting the franchise business model, a franchisor and its franchisees must fully align around what will drive success and sustainability.

The core drivers in any franchise system remain vitally important: unit-level economics, delivery on the brand promise, innovation and system change, and passionate and committed leadership. But they aren’t sufficient to defend against today’s challenges, like joint employer and related attacks and the public’s unawareness of franchising’s contributions to the economy.

For the 2016 Summit, our mission is to bring the best and brightest in franchising together for two days of meaningful dialogue focused on "real world" best practices that will be difference makers for attendees.

International Franchise Association Chair and Managing Partner of NRD Capital, Aziz Hashim, will join us as keynote speaker. Strategic marketing visionary Tom Feltenstein will speak about “An Enemy Called Average: The Keys to Remarkability,” and former professional basketball player turned leader on peak performance, Walter Bond, will present on “Franchise Harmony.”
