Ethical Considerations in Environmental Law

Indianapolis, IN

Overview

Navigating the intersection of ethical practice and environmental law can be counterintuitive. Our one-hour presentation will provide substantive, practical tips for two important and frequent scenarios:

  • Handling potential conflicts in environmental litigation
  • Analyzing the ethics of environmental reporting

Speakers will share valuable information on the often complex conflicts than can arise with larger “potentially responsible party groups” and insight into reporting best practices.

There is no fee to attend.

An application for Indiana ethics Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit has been submitted.
