New Jersey Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act (TCCWNA)

Partners Seamus Duffy, Mike Daly and Meredith Slawe presented a webinar to members of the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) on the New Jersey Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act (TCCWNA). This program, which took place on June 3, 2016, included an update on TCCWNA class actions filed against retailers and ways that companies can modify their consumer-facing terms, policies and agreements to mitigate litigation risk.

RILA is a trade association of leading retail companies that advocates for their common interests and provides a forum for retail executives to solve common problems and share ideas and expertise.
