Employment Law Update – Hot Topics & Practical Advice

BioNJ's Fourth Annual HR Conference


Florham Park Labor and Employment partner Lynne Anderson spoke at BioNJ’s Fourth Annual HR Conference on May 12, 2016, held at the Institute for Life Science Entrepreneurship in Union, NJ.  The conference was attended by HR professionals from pharma, life sciences and healthcare companies, as they gathered for a day-long program of professional networking, panel discussions and presentations.

Lynne’s session, titled “Employment Law Update – Hot Topics & Practical Advice,” focused on the anticipated new Department of Labor (DOL) overtime regulations, new Employer Information Report (EEO-1) reporting obligations, conducting audits for compliance with fair pay/gender equality laws, as well as other recent developments.

BioNJ seeks to enhance the climate for biotechnology in New Jersey—promoting public policy, education and networking, member services and workforce solutions.
