Public Employee Health Benefits and Collective Negotiations

Florham Park partner Ken Wilbur was part of a panel discussion on public employee health benefits reform options at New Jersey State Bar Association Public Employment Conference on April 17, 2015. Panelists debated public employee health benefit issues including: bargaining after the sunset of Chapter 78 employee contributions; dealing with the ACA Excise Tax; Pension and Health Benefits Task Force recommendations; and retiree health benefits.
