Kicking the ACA 'Habit': Free Exercise, RFRA and The Little Sisters of the Poor

Overview

On Monday, November 9, Faegre Baker Daniels partner Brian Paul will host a CLE event for the Indianapolis Lawyers Chapter of the Federalist Society featuring Scott Gaylord, professor at Elon University School of Law. Gaylord's talk will cover a number of timely topics related to constitutional law, particularly using the case of the Little Sisters of the Poor to discuss the free exercise rights of corporations under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA). Brian will give an informal introduction prior to the presentation.
