Indiana Chamber's 12th Annual Indiana Conference on Energy Management

Indianapolis, IN

Overview

Terry Hall and David Suess of Faegre Baker Daniels will join Kathryn Tronsberg Macciocca of Duff & Phelps for a panel discussion on "Credits, Exemptions and Investment: Applied Energy Tax Strategies You Need to Know About" at the Indiana Chamber's Conference on Energy Management. Their session will take place at 1:45 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, August 12.

Hall and Suess will discuss helpful information for the energy sector, including:

  • Knowing how to structure "pollution control property" investments (and describing the property properly), which can result in significant tax savings that could help in the financing of these investments)
  • Updates on the status of other tax reductions and incentives available to businesses related to energy usage, including new markets and credits for CNG and LNG
  • Updates on property tax law and assessment appeals, which can lead to freeing cash for investment.

The conference is an opportunity for energy professionals to stay up to date on the industry landscape.
