The Drinker Biddle Health Care Industry Team hosted a one-hour webinar presentation titled, “Hospitals and Premium Support – Where Things Stand (Now).”

Jennifer R. Breuer, Linda S. Moroney and Ilisa Halpern Paul discussed the current law and best practices surrounding hospital support of insurance premiums for patients purchasing insurance on federal or state health insurance exchanges. Topics covered included:
