Update on Tax Exemption
Overview
Washington, D.C., partner T.J. Sullivan will be the guest speaker at the New Jersey Hospital Association’s Annual Joint Meeting, presented in conjunction with the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Health and Hospital Law Section. The event takes place in Princeton, New Jersey, on Tuesday, March 12.
T.J. will present to both in-house and outside counsel on maintaining an entity’s tax-exempt status, which has becoming increasingly important over the past few years.
