Overview
Chicago partner Bruce Stickler will speak at the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA) Annual Meeting on Saturday, September 22, in Denver, Colo.
Bruce will participate in the Thought Leader Forum at the conference. Thought Leader forums offer health care leaders, including the leaders of ASHHRA, an opportunity to contribute their thoughts, experience and insights through a formalized process. The participants for the forums are proven leaders who display expertise in specific topics relevant to each Thought Leader Forum agenda.
This particular forum will focus on better understanding the future of the health care workforce to ensure that quality delivery of patient care endures now and in the future.
The Thought Leaders’ findings will help to inform practices, policies, and care delivery as associated with recruitment, sourcing, retention, retirement of older workers, and onboarding of hospital/health care employees.
