Faegre Drinker Adds Counsel Erika Campbell to Minneapolis Private Client Practice

Faegre Drinker announced today that Erika Campbell has joined the firm’s private client group in Minneapolis. She brings her experience as a former financial advisor and managing partner at a boutique estate planning law firm.

Campbell works with clients on wills, estate planning, probate, and administering trusts and estates to create comprehensive, long-term financial plans for individuals, families and businesses. Campbell also facilitates charitable giving, coordinating the formation of charitable trusts, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and community and family foundations. She also has experience in administering matters relating to seniors and people with disabilities as well as financial powers of attorney, living wills, and long-term care needs for clients.

Campbell’s practice includes significant business matters, and she has advised corporations, limited liability companies and limited partnerships on formation, governance, and other corporate entity issues. Additionally, clients rely on Campbell to advise on real estate matters, ranging from residential to large commercial properties on both buy and sell side transactions. 

Campbell earned her bachelor’s degree from St. Olaf College and Juris Doctor from the College of William and Mary School of Law, where she served as editor-in-chief of the Environmental Law and Policy Review. Following law school, she clerked for the Honorable Gerald Schroeder of the Idaho Supreme Court.
