Oderah Nwaeze Named as a ‘Most Influential Leader’ by The Philadelphia Tribune

Business litigation partner Oderah Nwaeze was named by The Philadelphia Tribune as one of Philadelphia’s 2025 “Most Influential African Americans,” which recognizes African American leaders in the region for outstanding commitment to community.

Nwaeze was selected as a recipient of the “Leaders” award, recognizing those who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, dedication, and service to the community, making significant contributions to the region's growth and development. The Philadelphia Tribune is “the nation’s oldest and greater Philadelphia’s largest newspaper serving the African American community."

Nwaeze is a first-chair trial attorney who helps clients resolve complex corporate and commercial disputes. His practice includes matters involving shareholder rights; actions arising under Delaware General Corporation Law and Delaware common law; lawsuits stemming from mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions; and breach-of-contract matters. This is Nwaeze’s sixth consecutive year being recognized by The Philadelphia Tribune.
