Faegre Drinker Recognized for Excellent Client Service by BTI Consulting in '2025 Client Service A-Team' Report
Faegre Drinker has been recognized as a client service leader by BTI Consulting (BTI) in their “Client Service A-Team 2025: Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance” report. The firm was ranked 11 out of 260 law firms, up from number 18 last year and landing a spot on the “BTI Client Service 30” 2025 list. Clients recognized Faegre Drinker as one of only 55 “Client Service Trailblazers” – the firms best at turning chaos into solutions for clients.
BTI reported that the law firms recognized stand out from others because they act with lightning speed, include clients early in strategy, field the absolute best team, make it easy to work with clients and deliver ultra-practical, actionable recommendations.
The BTI Client Service A-Team, now in its 24th year, is the only law firm ranking based solely on direct, unprompted feedback from more than 350 corporate counsel.
