Doug Raymond Named Among Philadelphia Inquirer’s 2018 Influencers of Law

Philadelphia partner Doug Raymond has been recognized as one of the Philadelphia Inquirer’s 2018 Influencers of Law honorees—one of two corporate lawyers recognized. This annual award highlights the most talented and respected legal professionals in the Philadelphia area. A panel of experts reviewed nominations based on accomplishments in specialized practice, business impact, and civic/community services.

A partner in the Corporate and Securities Group, Doug has more than 30 years of experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and joint ventures. He works extensively on matters of corporate governance for both public and private companies, and advises boards of directors and special board committees across a range of governance challenges.

In addition to his legal work, Doug serves on the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia History Museum and Aeris Insight, Inc., a nonprofit corporation that provides financial and social impact ratings of institutions to community development financial institutions and other investors to maximize their social impact investments.
