Kristy Littman Named to Executive Staff of SEC Chairman Jay Clayton

On August 31, the Securities and Exchange Commission announced that alumna Kristina Littman was named to the executive staff of Chairman Jay Clayton along with several others. In her role as a Senior Advisor, Kristy will be the lead advisor to the Chairman on matters involving the Division of Enforcement, and will assist on other regulatory and policy matters.

Chairman Clayton's executive staff is responsible for advising the Chairman on all matters before the Commission, working closely with agency staff, and helping the Chairman perform all day-to-day operations needed to fulfill the SEC's mission.

Kristy joined the SEC in 2010, previously serving as a trial attorney and investigative attorney in the Division of Enforcement and as Counsel to the Director of Enforcement. She joined Drinker Biddle in 2006 and was a member of the Litigation practice group resident in the Philadelphia office. She earned her J.D. and M.B.A. from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden and her undergraduate degree from Florida State University.

Please join me in congratulating Kristy and wishing her all the best in her new role!
