Bob Stoll Quoted in Law.com Regarding USPTO Director Nominee Andrei Iancu
Bob Stoll, partner and co-chair of the Intellectual Property practice group in Washington, D.C., was quoted in a Law.com article regarding incoming U.S. Patent and Trademark Office director Andrei Iancu, “Skilled in the Art: Is Andrei Iancu the Change Patent Owners Have Been Waiting For?” Following Iancu’s first confirmation hearing for PTO director on Wednesday, November 29, the article examines reactions from patent owners and policymakers.
