Bob Stoll’s Recent Testimony to Senate Small Business Committee Featured in IP Watchdog Article

Washington, D.C., partner Bob Stoll’s recent participation in a hearing organized by the Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship to examine the impact of recent changes in patent law was highlighted in an article on IP Watchdog titled, “Senate Small Business Committee hearing focuses protecting rights of patent owners.”

The article detailed Stoll’s testimony where he said, “without the strong ability to enforce upon patent rights, small businesses are left without the incentive and flexibility to take risks for breakthrough innovations, risks that are typically unacceptable for larger, established entities.”
