Drinker Biddle Named One of the 50 Best Law Firms for Women

Drinker Biddle & Reath has been named to the prestigious 2015 50 Best Law Firms for Women by Working Mother and Flex-Time Lawyers. The firm was chosen for its exceptional family friendly policies and career and business development initiatives that allow not only for the retention of women in law, but also for the opportunities for women attorneys to advance in leadership positions

Over the last several years, Drinker Biddle has advanced numerous women into leadership positions. Such appointments last fall included the formation of a three-member executive partner team that includes Mary Devlin Capizzi, who oversees the firm’s regulatory services practice groups and client relations, marketing and business development functions, and Joanne Lewers being named the firm’s Hiring Partner. In February, six women, representing a cross section of the firm’s practices, were also elected partners.
