BTI Brand Elite 2015 Ranks FaegreBD for Top Client Service and Innovation

Faegre Baker Daniels was ranked among the 26 law firms with the biggest imprint on corporate counsel in the 2015 BTI Brand Elite, and earned special recognition for client service and innovation.

To make the Brand Elite list, BTI Consulting Group measured top-of-mind recognition of 450 law firms based on feedback from legal decision makers at organizations with $1 billion or more in revenue. BTI asked clients to associate law firms with nine characteristics driving selection, consideration and hiring within the categories of client choice, value and innovation.

“While many law firms are hitting the radar on some level, few are able to break through the noise and truly differentiate their law firm in the market,” the report said. “The firms doing this are the BTI Brand Elite.”

In addition to being named to the Brand Elite, FaegreBD was also one of nine top firms for word-of-mouth recommendations among general counsel. The list is comprised of firms that in-house counsel most often recommend, and includes Kirkland & Ellis, Morgan Lewis & Bockius, and Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom.

The firm was also shortlisted as a top-10 firm with the best reputations for innovation. The report defined innovative firms by their ability to redefine work processes, deliver value and be mindful of client objectives and limitations. BTI also evaluated firms’ strengths in using technology and delivering creative and flexible services that other firms don’t.

This recognition follows the December 2014 announcement that FaegreBD was ranked among the top 10 in the BTI Client Service A-Team 2015 report, which listed the 30 elite firms performing six times better than all other law firms. Read more.
