Bob Stoll Letter Published in the Washington Post

Washington, D.C. partner Bob Stoll wrote a letter to the editor, which was published in the Washington Post under the heading, “Quantity over quality at the patent office.”

In response to an earlier Washington Post article titled, “Patent and Trademark Office doesn’t know if examiners are doing their jobs, watchdog says,” Bob, a former Commissioner for Patents explained further the USPTO’s quality review function and said new USPTO Director Michelle K. Lee has already established a patent-quality czar. “She is already trying to make the system better. Let’s give her the chance,” he said.
