Steve Serfass Quoted in The Legal Intelligencer

Philadelphia partner Steve Serfass was quoted in an article in the The Legal Intelligencer titled, “The Cost of Cybersecurity: Risks and Responses on the Rise.”

The article discussed how the cost of cybersecurity is increasing exponentially as is government enforcement, attempted breaches, the sophistication of the breaches and the lawsuits that follow a breach.

“Basically now, if you have a breach and you have to provide notice and report to enforcement officials, you are going to get sued,” Serfass said. “It's not a question of if, but how many class actions will be filed against you.”
