Ned Nurick Named General Counsel of arago

Alumnus Ned Nurick joined arago as its General Counsel in October 2015.

Arago, based in Frankfurt, Germany and New York, New York, offers intelligent automation solutions for enterprise IT. The company's primary product, AutoPilot, is a knowledge-based automation solution that enables companies to reduce their operating budget as well as to optimize their IT efficiently. KKR, a leading global investor, partnered with arago in October 2014 to support arago’s business development and international expansion.

Working with a support team of professionals in New York and Frankfurt, Ned is arago’s sole in-house attorney. He is responsible for all legal issues for the company, including commercial licensing arrangements, general corporate matters, and anything else the company might need.

Prior to joining arago, Ned served as Assistant Counsel to Governor Chris Christie. From 2008 until 2012, Ned was Associate Counsel at Bentley Systems, Incorporated, an infrastructure software developer headquartered in Exton, PA. Prior to joining Bentley Systems, Ned was an associate in the corporate & securities group at the firm and was resident in our Philadelphia Office. He also spent time as a corporate associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in its New York office.
