San Francisco partner Cheryl Orr was quoted in a Daily Journal article titled, “A Bankruptcy puts stay on American Apparel litigation avalanche.” The article discusses multiple lawsuits filed against American Apparel Inc. by Keith A. Fink & Associates.

Cheryl commented on the wrongful termination claim put forth by Fink on behalf of former CEO Dov Charney. “It is rare that an executive at this level does anything short of take a package if available, resign and move on,” she said.
