Firm’s Efforts in Blackhorse Noted in The Washington Post and Law360

After the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board ruled in favor of our clients and ordered cancellation of the trademark registrations of the Washington NFL Team, the team filed a civil action in the Eastern District of Virginia against our clients, seeking to overturn the TTAB ruling.  The Washington Post and Law360, among other media, reported on a motion to dismiss that the Firm filed, which explained that the team’s action should be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.  The Law 360 article identified Jesse Witten, Jeffrey Lopez, Tore DeBella, Adam Kunz and Jennifer Criss, as representing the defendants, while The Washington Post mentioned Jesse Witten’s and Jeffrey Lopez’s role in the case.
