Drinker Biddle Welcomes Russell N. Adler and Peter J. Strauss

We are pleased to announce that two of the nation’s leading trusts and estates lawyers, Russell N. Adler and Peter J. Strauss, have joined the firm’s Private Client Group. They will practice out of our New York office.

Russell and Peter join us from Epstein Becker & Green. Between them, they have decades of experience in assisting clients in the spheres of estate planning, estate administration, income tax planning, and elder law. Russell and Peter add substantial experience to our already deep bench in the areas of estate planning and administration, and both bring focused specialization in the areas of legal problems for seniors and peoples with disabilities.

Russell is a frequent and noted lecturer on topics such as elder law, planning for persons with disabilities, estate planning and estate administration issues for numerous organizations such as the New York Bar Association, the Association of the Bar for New York City, the UJA-Federation of Jewish Philanthropies in New York City, the Estate Planning Council of New York City and New York Law School. Peter frequently speaks on topics of elder law and estate planning. He is the author of two books and has written numerous articles for professional journals including the New York Law Journal.

Accompanying Peter and Russell will be their associate, Elizabeth M. Haag, who graduated from New York Law School in 2003. Please join us in welcoming all three additions to the New York Office and the Private Client Practice Group.
