Drinker Biddle New York Office Expansion Reported in Crain’s New York Business, Law360 and Commercial Observer

The New York office has doubled its space in Midtown Manhattan after signing a 10-year lease for the 15,375-square-foot 38th floor at Silverstein Properties’ 1177 Sixth Avenue. Crain’s New York Business, Law360 and Commercial Observer reported on the signing.

As part of the transaction, the office has also extended its existing lease for the 41st floor to terminate concurrently with its new deal. Renovations on the new floor are expected to be completed in June or July.

Jeremy Moss, senior vice president at Silverstein, told the Commercial Observer, “We are delighted to see them expanding; its good sign for the economy to see tenants expanding and they’ve been a great tenant.”
