Alumnus Billy J. Smith will challenge current Delaware County Rep. Margo Davidson in the 2014 164th Legislative District Democratic primary.
Billy previously worked as an assistant district attorney in Philadelphia and was an associate in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group from 2006 through 2010. He later joined Bowman & Partners LLP and opened his own private practice firm, The Law Office of Billy J. Smith, Esq. LLC, in Philadelphia, PA.
