Jon Epstein Noted in The Times of Trenton

Princeton Regional Partner in Charge Jon Epstein was noted in The Times of Trenton as he confirmed the identity of Brio restaurant as the newest proposed tenant of Quaker Bridge Mall.

Jon has represented Simon Properties, the Quaker Bridge developer and largest mall owner/operator in the country, for 20 years. For the past six years, that representation has focused on a major expansion plan for the mall, the first phases of which included Cheese Cake Factory and now Brio.

The Times reported that Brio, an Italian restaurant that is part of an “upscale, affordable” 95-restaurant chain, will occupy a 7,431-square-foot site with related improvements, including landscaping and outdoor seating on the northeast side of the mall.

A January 14 public hearing before the board for preliminary and final major site plan approval with variances and waivers will provide details for construction of the restaurant.
