Bob Stoll Noted in IP Frontline

A commentary by Washington, D.C., partner Bob Stoll was noted in IP Frontline, a leading daily intellectual property news platform.

The post notes that in early January 2013, the House of Representatives passed the Senate Amendment to H.R. 6621, a bill to correct and improve certain provisions of the America Invents Act.

The article also notes that revisions in "estoppel" for certain post-grant proceedings are missing in the law, which is the subject of Bob’s commentary published in Patently-O in late 2012.
