Brandon Mason Joins Corporate Group at Faegre Baker Daniels

Faegre Baker Daniels LLP has strengthened its corporate practice with the addition of Brandon C. Mason as an associate in the law firm's Minneapolis office.

Mason brings extensive experience counseling public and private clients in many areas of corporate law, including capital markets transactions, securities regulation and corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and investment management. He has represented clients of all sizes and in a range of industries, from Fortune 100 public companies to leading investment firms and financial institutions.

Prior to joining Faegre Baker Daniels, Mason practiced for several years as an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York.

Born and raised in Minnesota, Mason graduated cum laude from Macalester College before attending Columbia Law School in the City of New York. At Columbia, Mason was elected managing editor of the Columbia Law Review and was honored as James Kent Scholar, Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and as the recipient of the Young B. Smith Endowed Prize. During law school, he externed with the New York City law department, where he worked on public-private partnerships for community and economic development.

Mason is a member of the Minnesota, New York City and American Bar Associations.
