Washington, D.C., Office Charitable Giving Noted in Washington Post

The Washington, D.C., office’s charitable giving efforts were noted in a Washington Post article.

The article, titled, “The Year in Giving,” outlined the fundraising and charitable efforts of Washington-area businesses.

The article notes that “lawyers and staff at Drinker Biddle & Reath's D.C. office mentored and tutored students at Anne Beers Elementary School in Southwest D.C. and donated holiday gifts to 56 needy children in the Washington region. The law firm also raised more than $6,000 and collected gift cards, clothing and other goods to donate to the nonprofit Covenant House to help victims of Hurricane Sandy.”
