Philadelphia Office Wins Philadelphia Business Journal Healthy Workplace Award

The Philadelphia Business Journal named the Philadelphia office one of the region’s Healthy Workplaces. The award, sponsored by the Business Journal and UnitedHealthcare, recognizes employers that have gone out of their way to encourage physical activity and positive health choices among their staff. Our “Winning with Wellness” program earned us a winning place in the gold tier of the “large company” category.

The winning companies were selected by an eight-person panel made up of Business Journal staff and independent judges. The panel scored nominations based on a combination of quantitative and qualitative information about company wellness programs and perks. Workplaces with abundant fitness ideas, creative wellness programs and incentives that foster healthy lifestyles were recognized.

The office was honored at an awards breakfast June 2, 2010, and featured in a special supplement to the June 4, 2010, issue of the Philadelphia Business Journal.
