Drinker Biddle Partners Appointed to Serve in ABA Antitrust Section Leadership

Five partners in the Antitrust Practice Group at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP have been appointed to leadership positions in the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association. The lawyers practice in the firm’s Chicago, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C., offices.

Washington, D.C., partner M. Howard Morse, co-chair of the Antitrust Practice Group, will co-chair the Federal Civil Enforcement Committee, which monitors developments at the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission. For the three years prior to this new appointment, Morse chaired the Exemptions and Immunities Committee. He also previously chaired the Computer Industry and Intellectual Property Committees, and served on the Antitrust Section Council.

Philadelphia partner and Antitrust Practice Group co-chair Paul H. Saint-Antoine was reappointed to chair the Antitrust Section’s Intellectual Property Committee. Saint-Antoine formerly served as vice-chair of the Computer and Internet Committee and Intellectual Property Committee.

Chicago partner Patrick J. Kelleher was re-appointed to chair the AT-Daily Digest Committee, which distributes a daily electronic newsletter to Antitrust Section members. Kelleher previously served as vice-chair of the Antitrust Section’s Computer and Internet Committee and Business Torts Committee.

Philadelphia partner Joanne C. Lewers also will continue to serve as vice-chair of the Section’s Books and Treatises Committee.

Robert A. Skitol, a senior partner in the Washington, D.C., office, was newly appointed to the associate editor of Antitrust Magazine, the Section’s quarterly publication of antitrust articles. Skitol also previously served as co-chair of the Computer Industry Committee.
