Andrew McCoy Joins Baker & Daniels Intellectual Property Law Practice

Andrew M. McCoy has joined Baker & Daniels LLP as an associate in the law firm's intellectual property group. He will practice from Baker & Daniels' downtown Indianapolis office where his primary focus will be patent litigation.

During law school, McCoy worked in the Baker & Daniels intellectual property group, litigating a range of patent matters — from consumer products to Internet technology. Additionally, he worked on a pro bono project involving copyright issues for music album artwork.

McCoy graduated cum laude from both the Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis in 2008 and Wabash College in 2005. A four-year varsity wrestler at Wabash, he was a team captain and Academic All-American from 2003-05.
