J.J. Saul Joins Baker & Daniels Intellectual Property Law Practice

James "J.J." Saul has joined Baker & Daniels LLP as an associate in the law firm's intellectual property group. He will work in the Chicago office, focusing his practice in the area of trademarks, copyrights and e-commerce for clients with interests in the United States and around the globe.

Saul is a member of the International Trademark Association. Before joining Baker & Daniels, he practiced in intellectual property law for three years at Schuyler Roche, P.C. in Chicago. Saul earned a law degree from DePaul University College of Law in 2005 and a bachelor's degree in American Culture from the University of Michigan in 1999.

Prior to law school, Saul worked for a leading consulting firm in Chicago and served as a business development volunteer in Nicaragua with the United States Peace Corps. His Peace Corps service included the development of a business resource and computer center at a microcredit agency, teaching business classes at a local university, and establishing a grant program to assist mothers of disabled children to start and operate home-based ventures.
