Barry Gross Named to Pennsylvania Supreme Court Hearing Committee

Barry Gross, a partner in the White Collar Crime and Corporate Investigations practice, was recently appointed to a three-year term as a hearing committee member for the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He will serve as a volunteer in the Philadelphia area (District 1), after which he may be reappointed for another term. While serving on the committee, members are asked to review determinations made by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel and hear cases of violations that may warrant removing the lawyer from practice.

Before joining the firm, Barry was an assistant U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania for 24 years where he was recognized on numerous occasions by the U.S. Justice Department for his work.
