Articles by Baker & Daniels LLP partners Terrill D. Albright and Trevor Carter were recently published in Aspatore Books' Inside the Minds series, which provides readers with business guidance from C-Level executives throughout the United States.

Albright's article, "When to Mediate, When to Arbitrate and When to Go to Court," appears in Inside the Minds: Mediation and Arbitration Best Practices. Carter, who practices in patent litigation, recently published "Focus Your Patent Cases Through Jury Research" in Inside the Minds: Patent Enforcement Best Practices. He co-authored the article with Dr. Don Nichols, a jury and focus group consultant.

Albright focuses his Baker & Daniels practice on business litigation and spends a great deal of his time providing mediation and arbitration services to clients in construction disputes. Albright is an arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association's National Panel, serves as a member of the Large Complex Case Panel and is on the 90-member American Arbitration Association Construction Arbitrator Master Panel (CAMP).

At Baker & Daniels, Carter specializes in intellectual property litigation and counseling clients on patent matters. He has litigated patent cases on medical devices, software, Internet technology, consumer electronics and mechanical devices throughout the U.S.
