Faegre & Benson Appoints Special Counsel

The London office of international law firm Faegre & Benson LLP today announces the appointment of Alex Denny, who joins the firm as special counsel and head of the employment group.

Alex brings a wealth of experience to his new role. He joins the firm from Nabarro, where he spent five years as a senior associate representing corporations including Land Securities, Baltimore Technologies Plc, Wachovia Bank and Westfield as well as individuals from the finance sector. He is experienced in a broad range of employment issues including general advisory work, litigation and corporate support, with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, TUPE and severance agreements.
